Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@hookedonoc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us at sales@hookedonoc.com to arrange an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
